I offer three types of support, each suited to different needs: individual psychotherapy for personal healing and growth, educational consulting for schools building out behavioral health systems, and group wellness workshops for practicing everyday life skills. All three are available to adolescents and adults across Massachusetts and Southwest Florida.
Individual psychotherapy is one-on-one, collaborative work tailored to your specific goals and history. I draw from three evidence-based approaches: Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), which helps identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which builds psychological flexibility and values-driven action; and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), which strengthens present-moment awareness and nervous system regulation. I blend these approaches based on what will serve you best, rather than following one fixed protocol.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and stress-related disorders, as well as complex trauma (cPTSD), ADHD, grief and ambiguous loss, narcissistic abuse recovery, boundary-setting, and relationship or interpersonal conflict.
Areas of focus include:
Trauma & Complex PTSD (cPTSD): For clients navigating the lasting effects of chronic or relational trauma, we work at a pace that respects your nervous system, building safety and coping skills before processing difficult material.
Narcissistic Abuse Recovery: If you're recovering from a relationship marked by manipulation, control, or emotional abuse, we focus on rebuilding trust in your own perceptions, setting boundaries, and reconnecting with your sense of self.
Anxiety & Adjustment: Whether you're managing generalized anxiety, a major life transition, or a specific stressor, we work to identify what's driving the anxiety and build practical tools to manage it day to day.
ADHD: For adults and adolescents with ADHD, we address the emotional and relational side of the diagnosis alongside practical strategies for focus, organization, and follow-through.
What to expect: We begin with an initial evaluation to understand your history, current concerns, and goals, and build a treatment plan together from there. Sessions are typically 45 or 60 minutes, held weekly or biweekly depending on your needs, and available by telehealth or limited in-home visits across Massachusetts and Southwest Florida. You can expect a collaborative, non-judgmental space: you're the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you understand your patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and build more effective ways of relating to yourself and others.
Drawing on over a decade of experience as a program coordinator and clinician within school-based therapeutic programs, I offer consultation to schools and districts looking to strengthen their behavioral health and educational support systems, including Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) implementation and broader assessment of therapeutic program design and effectiveness.
This service is intended for school administrators, program directors, and clinical teams rather than individual students or families.
What to expect: Consulting engagements typically begin with an on-site assessment of current program goals and interventions, followed by recommendations, staff training, and ongoing support as new strategies are put into practice. I integrate evidence-based behavioral strategies with social-emotional learning, working from the belief that supporting a young person's environment is just as important as the work done in session. Scheduling and scope are customized to your school's needs.
These small-group workshops focus on practical, everyday skills: emotional regulation, assertive communication, healthy boundaries, and conflict resolution strategies. They're designed for anyone who wants hands-on practice building these skills in a supportive group setting, whether or not you're also in individual therapy. Workshops are interactive and skills-based rather than clinical, and are not a substitute for traditional psychotherapy.
What to expect: Expect discussion, practice exercises, and real-world application rather than diagnosis or treatment planning. Groups are kept small to allow individual practice and feedback.
Workshops are direct pay only and are not covered by your insurance.
